Transfer and Resale Terms & Terms of Use
IMPORTANT: Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction. By completing your purchase or transfer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the 2025 World platform ("Platform"), operated by FIFA PARTNERS ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Transfer and Resale Terms and Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or complete any transactions.
2. Payment Methods
2.1 Cryptocurrency Payments
- Accepted Cryptocurrency: ETH, BTC, SOL, USDT_ERC20, USDT_TRC20
- Network: All transfers must be conducted using the Ethereum DECO Network
- Wallet Verification: Always verify wallet addresses before sending funds
- Network Fees: Additional blockchain network fees may apply
- Transaction Time: Subject to blockchain confirmation times
- Irreversible: Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed
2.2 Credit/Debit Card Payments
- Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Currency: All card payments are processed in USD
- Security: Payments processed through PCI-DSS compliant systems
- Authorization: Cardholder must be the account owner or have explicit permission
- Verification: Additional identity verification may be required for large transactions
- Processing Time: Typically instant, but may take up to 24 hours for verification
2.3 Fee Structure
- Status Fee: 15% applies to all transfers and resales
- Card Processing Fee: Additional 2.9% for credit/debit card payments
- Crypto Network Fees: Varies based on Ethereum network congestion
- All Fees: Non-refundable once transactions are processed
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your wallet and account credentials
- Be the authorized user of any payment method used
4. Transaction Processing
4.1 Payment Verification
- All payments are subject to verification and fraud checks
- We reserve the right to hold transactions for additional verification
- Failed payments may result in transaction cancellation
4.2 Currency Conversion
- All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars)
- Card payments in other currencies will be converted at current exchange rates
- Crypto payments are converted at the current ETH/USD exchange rate
5. Resale Terms & Conditions
5.1 Authorization
- Resale of digital assets is permitted only through this Platform
- Unauthorized resale may result in account suspension
- All resales are subject to Platform approval
5.2 Email Account Transfers
- Email accounts must be transferred as specified in the transaction summary
- You warrant that you have legal right to transfer the email account
- Transferred email accounts must be in working condition
- Access credentials must be provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation
- Cancellation is only available during the "PROGRESSING" status
- Once payment is confirmed, cancellation is not possible
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Platform
6.2 Refunds
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable
- Card payments may be eligible for refunds in cases of Platform error
- All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Processing fees are non-refundable
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the security of your payment methods and account credentials
- Verify all transaction details before confirmation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Provide accurate and current payment information
- Monitor your payment methods for unauthorized transactions
8. Security and Fraud Prevention
- We employ industry-standard security measures to protect transactions
- Suspicious activities may result in transaction holds or account suspension
- Users must report unauthorized transactions within 24 hours
- We cooperate with law enforcement for fraudulent activities
9. Limitation of Liability
FIFA PARTNERS shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to incorrect wallet addresses or payment details provided by users
- Payment network failures or interruptions
- Fluctuations in cryptocurrency values
- User errors in transaction processing
- Bank or card processor declines
- Third-party service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Using the Platform for illegal purposes
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Providing false or misleading payment information
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Payment Disputes
- Payment disputes must be submitted within 7 days of transaction
- Provide all relevant transaction details and evidence
- We will investigate and respond within 14 business days
11.2 Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks
- Chargeback fees may be passed on to the user
